Scheduling
There is some talk and question over when this show oughta be scheduled. What kind of day and time it's right for, etc. Sorkin has a clause in his contract with NBC that they can't show it from Friday to Sunday, nor can they show it at 8/7 central. The rest of the times are up for grabs. Based on current TV scheduling (obviously these things are subject to change), I think the ideal times are:
- Monday (9/8 central)
- Monday (10/9 central)
- Tuesday (9/8 central)
- Wednesday (9/8 central)
- Wednesday (10/9 central)
Of those times, based on my own personal preference, I think I might like it on Mondays, since you never really hear of THAT much on Mondays. But what do you all think?

I can't be torn between my Sorkin and my husband, Jack Bauer, so it better not be Mondays at 9.
Ideally I'd love Wednesdays at 9 again.. just seems like the Sorkin Hour for me.

also, hungry hippo, CSI is on here Thursdays at 9. Not exactly what you'd want to be up against for good ratings!

The problem is, 6FTWGiaDKD, there's tough competition anywhere. In the spots I named as the best spots for it you have competition from 24, House, American Idol and Lost. All big shows. There's no night that is devoid of big programming. Sorkin's going to have to take his chances on the fact that he can outwrite all of them.
